Jacquie Castle

I met Neil sometime after knowing him in a professional way when our paths crossed then.

When I met up with him a few years later I realised what a gutsy human being he was and how he had retrained and picked himself up from cancer to re-launch himself in a very different way but based on the vast experience he obtained through his profession.

He can be gentle and kind but not too gentle as when he has to push you he certainly will!

Focused and able to bring out your full potential in a caring, sometimes determined and strong attitude he holds you accountable to help you get to where you need to be.

This is unique quality and can help you with your own thought process and stand by your side to enable you to achieve your goals.

I must admit I was sceptical about coaching and teetering on the edge deciding if it was for me or not. I worked with Neil and had one of the most powerful experiences and learning I had ever had so far in my life.

I was used to pushing myself without rewards, and not doing my best. Then I learned to change and giving myself a reward, for a job well done.

There was trust, respect and gentle persuasion from Neil at all times, if I can say one thing there are not many Neil’s in this world.

A great colleague, friend or person to have in your life.

I still do what I have learn from my year of coaching and still reap the rewards of doing it with my little treats along the way that make it all worthwhile.

Best thing I have ever done for myself, to realise we are not on the Island alone and to have support and work together is one of the best things that can happen to become successful.

There is a serious side also to coaching but that is all part of the experience.

Thank you Neil for being on MY journey through life and all you have encouraged me to do.
